What? Why yes! A departure from my usual cupcakes! A full-on, grown-up carrot and walnut cake. It's massive (20cm diameter, 3 tiers) and decadently covered with cream cheese frosting. Sorry that it's rather inelegantly presented on a dinner plate (the cake was too large to fit on any of my more dainty pieces!)These cookies were peanut butter 'n' choc chip. They were nicely chewy with the nuts and milk chocolate chips giving crunch. I bought this gorgeous, vintage cake plate for £1.50 earlier this week.
